You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph64 login credentials, including your username and password. You may request closure of your ph64 account at any time by contacting our support team. ph64 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where required by law or regulatory authority, or where account activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming principles.
ph64 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph64 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph64 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your ph64 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph64 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. ph64 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 8 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph64 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where compliance review is ongoing.
All transactions on the ph64 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph64 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
ph64 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds in accordance with responsible financial management practices. Your deposited balance is not used for ph64's operational expenses.
ph64 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all ph64 promotions include the following:

ph64's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph64 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph64 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph64 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph64's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ph64 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the ph64 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph64 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. ph64 may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
